Internship HR

Our HR team plays a crucial role in supporting our employees and promoting a positive work environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our team.

What to expect?

As an intern in our HR department, you will have the opportunity to experience and support a wide range of HR activities, including:

• Supporting the recruitment and selection process: from drafting job postings to coordinating interviews.
• Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Contributing to HR projects and initiatives, such as developing training programs and organizing events.
• Performing administrative tasks such as maintaining personnel files and processing changes.

• Contributing ideas and supporting the improvement of HR processes and policies.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an intern who:

• Is pursuing a relevant degree, such as Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, etc.
• Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Is proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working independently.
• Pays attention to detail and is strong organizationally.
• Has a good command of Dutch and a basic knowledge of French.
• Is available for an internship period of at least 3 months for a minimum of 30 hours per week.
